Η πρώτη συνάντηση των εταίρων έλαβε χώρα στις 22 και 23 Νοεμβρίου του 2017 στο Σέφιλντ (Sheffield) του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (UK). Η κοινοπραξία έκανε μία επισκόπηση των ενεργειών που πρέπει να ακολουθηθούν για την ομαλή συνέχιση του έργου, καθώς επίσης συζητήθηκαν και θέματα διαχείρισης και επικοινωνίας. Η συνάντηση διοργανώθηκε από την Inova Consultancy.
