Giulia is a freelance dietitian. She is member of the Italian Association of Dietitians (ANDID) and a specialised tutor of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC). Giulia graduated in Dietetics and Biological Sciences at the University of Catania and had her professional training course at the Garibaldi-Nesima Hospital (Catania), Unit of Endocrinology, Center of Diabetology, Obesity and Dietology. Giulia collaborate since 2017 with the Italian Celiac Association within several projects including the training of operators in the food sector operating in the field of gluten-free.
